SCIGRIP/Arjay’s Ceramic Pourable Transom Repair Putty Compound (CPC) is great for building or repairing boat hull transoms, where its extremely high compressive and tensile strengths make for a strong finish.  It’s great for filling most large volumes where superior strength and rigidity are major concerns.

Also known as: Ceramic Transom Pour, Marine Transom Repair Kit,  Arjay 6011 and 6012 are the same Formula for Transom Repairs. The difference is simply container package size.  Arjay 6011 is the number for all package sizes 5 gallons and smaller.  Whereas Arjay 6012 is the number for all pakage sizes in 55 gallon drums and larger.

Full Kit Components:  If you purchase the full Resin (A)+ MEKP Catalyst (B) Kits, you can expect the following inside each kit:

  • Arjay 6011 Transom / Bonding / Filling Compound
  • Vanishing-Red style MEKP Catalyst, by Cadox, the industry leading Catalyst brand
  • The Vanishing-Red MEKP is really cool, it helps you determine when the material has fully cured, as the red dye vanishes as it cures.  Once the red is gone, then the 6011 material is fully cured, pretty easy.
  • Full set of application/use instructions, datasheets, and safty guidance sheets.
