Premera T2 protective coating is a nano-ceramic quartz-based clear coat sealant engineered to create a long-lasting, impervious barrier against environmental exposure, corrosion, chemicals, abrasion, and moisture intrusion. Formulated with Silicon Dioxide (SiO2), Premera T2 liquid glass delivers ultra-thin yet highly durable surface protection across metal, concrete, masonry, and coated substrates.
Designed as a single-component, self-leveling clear top coat, Premera T2 clear coat provides industrial-grade protection without the heavy film build associated with many conventional coatings. Its thin quartz barrier chemically bonds to surfaces while remaining hard, flexible, and resistant to peeling, flaking, and UV degradation.
One of the key advantages of Premera T2 sealant is its ability to often eliminate grinding, sanding, or surface profiling requirements when used with compatible primers such as FP1 Fusion Primer or HLT Moisture & Vapor Barrier Primer. This significantly reduces surface preparation time while still achieving strong chemical adhesion to concrete, tile, stone, and masonry surfaces.
The coating is engineered to protect surfaces exposed to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids, chlorides, de-icers, graffiti, moisture, UV exposure, and corrosive environmental conditions.
