Weld-On Scigrip 45 is a high-performance, two-component, thixotropic (thickened) Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) structural adhesive designed for the structural bonding of metals, plastics, and composites without the need for external primers. Its non-sag formulation makes it ideal for vertical or overhead applications where runny adhesives would drip. Formulated with a 4:1 mix ratio and a 5-6 minute working time, it offers high impact strength, excellent fatigue resistance, and durability in harsh environments, making it a go-to choice for the sign, marine, and transportation industries.

Pro Tip: Because Weld-On 45 cures to an opaque tan color, it is best used for structural joints where the adhesive line is not visible. For visible joints requiring optical clarity, consider its sister product, Weld-On 46C.
