Why Choose BirdieBond?

Fast Playable Cure

Stop waiting days for clubs to dry. BirdieBond features a 4-7 minute working time and achieves functional cure in just 1.5 hours so you can hit the links the same day.

Non-Sag Gel Formula

Unlike runny epoxies, our thixotropic gel prevents messy migration inside vertical hosels, keeping the adhesive exactly where it belongs for maximum bond strength.

Extreme Gap Fill

Working with oversized or worn hosels? BirdieBond provides excellent gap-filling capabilities up to 0.250 inches, ensuring a perfectly centered and structural fit.

Impact Resistant

Built for the tee box. With an impact resistance of 6.5 ft.lb./in² and 2,500 psi tensile shear strength, it easily absorbs vibration and repeated swing impacts.

Bonds All Shaft Materials

Designed for high-performance club building, BirdieBond adheres securely to Steel, Graphite, Wood, and Composite shafts inside metal or composite club heads.

Pro Application Tips

  • Preparation: Clean shafts and hosels with solvent to remove grease, oil, and dirt.
  • Abrasion: When bonding metal, abrade or roughen the surface to increase microscopic bond area and strength.
  • Mixing: Dispense the 1:1 ratio onto a tray and mix vigorously for exactly 1 minute.
  • Application: Apply an even film to the shaft tip and inside the hosel bore. Use a twisting motion to insert.
