TensorGrip P307 is a foam insulation spray adhesive built as a clear, portable web spray for bonding foam, insulation, standard laminate, and other porous materials. The 22 oz aerosol format lets fabricators, installers, and DIY users apply controlled coverage without a canister, hose, or spray gun. Its strong initial grab supports positioning and trimming soon after assembly, while the cured bond keeps developing over the next several days.

Key Features

  • Foam insulation spray adhesive with a clear, low visibility finish
  • Web spray pattern for broad, even coverage
  • Strong initial grab for positioning and trimming
  • Bond continues to develop over several days
  • No canister, hose, or spray gun required
  • Heat resistant up to 180 degrees F (82 degrees C)

Popular Uses

As a foam insulation spray adhesive, TensorGrip P307 is popular for:

  • Panel work and acoustic treatments
  • Insulation attachment
  • Laminate repairs
  • Display fabrication
  • Field installations where a full spray system is too cumbersome to carry

Application Instructions

  1. Clean and dry both surfaces, removing dust, oil, and loose material.
  2. Apply adhesive to both mating faces at roughly 80 to 100 percent coverage.
  3. Let the coating become tacky and dry to the touch, typically 2 to 4 minutes depending on temperature and humidity.
  4. Join the parts carefully. Repositioning is limited once contact is made.
  5. Apply firm, even pressure across the assembly to set the bond.
