Description
The Surebonder Spray-500 is a 500 watt motorized hot glue gun that switches between two application modes by swapping the nozzle: a spray pattern for wide coverage, or a standard bead for precise placement.
- Spray mode runs on compressed air at 70 to 80 psi, for fast, even coverage across larger surfaces.
- Bead mode uses the included SN-02 standard nozzle for controlled, targeted application; the SN-01 spray nozzle handles spray mode.
- Accepts 5/8 inch diameter glue sticks at a 400F working temperature.
- Motorized feed drives up to 8.4 lb of glue per hour at a 14.5 inch per minute feed speed.
Built for production environments doing high-volume laminating, panel assembly, or upholstery work where both wide spray coverage and precise bead application are needed from one gun.
