Plexus® MA320 Structural Methacrylate Adhesive
Product Description
Plexus® MA320 is a professional-grade, two-part structural methacrylate adhesive engineered for high-strength bonding of composites, metals, thermoplastics, and engineered plastics. Featuring a 10:1 mix ratio with an 8–12 minute working time and 25–30 minute fixture time, MA320 provides the ideal balance of assembly flexibility and rapid strength development for demanding manufacturing and fabrication environments.
Designed with a non-sag gel consistency, MA320 bridges gaps up to 3/8 inch while maintaining excellent toughness, impact resistance, and long-term durability. Minimal surface preparation is typically required, helping reduce labor while delivering reliable structural bonds.
Widely used throughout the transportation, marine, wind energy, construction, and industrial manufacturing industries, Plexus MA320 offers excellent adhesion to fiberglass, vinyl ester, polyester composites, ABS, acrylics, PVC, urethanes, and many other engineered substrates. It also maintains excellent mechanical performance across a broad operating temperature range from -67°F to 250°F (-55°C to 121°C).
