Permabond UV670 is a crystal-clear, single-part UV-curable adhesive specifically engineered for high-stress glass bonding applications. Unlike rigid UV glues that can cause glass to crack under thermal expansion, UV670 features a unique flexible formulation that absorbs stress, making it the premier choice for bonding glass to metal, glass to plastic, and glass to glass.

Its optical clarity and refractive index are matched closely to glass, creating "invisible" structural joints for display cases, glass furniture, and art installations. It cures on demand upon exposure to UV light, allowing for infinite open time to perfectly align complex glass assemblies before locking them in place.

It is a medium viscosity, moderatly flowing UV glue

*The cure time depends on the power of the UV lamp, its spectral output, the distance between the lamp and the components, and the transmission characteristics of the substrates.
**LED UV lamps have a narrow range of spectral output. It is important to check suitability with Permabond in order to match the LED lamp’s peak wavelength with that of the adhesive’s photoinitiator to ensure optimal adhesive cure.
