Permabond 820: High-Temperature Resistant Cyanoacrylate Adhesive

Permabond 820 is a low-viscosity, modified ethyl cyanoacrylate adhesive specifically engineered for applications demanding high temperature resistance. This fast-setting, single-component adhesive provides strong bonds to a variety of substrates, including rubber, metal, and plastics, making it ideal for high-speed production lines.

Superior High-Temperature Performance

Permabond 820 stands out by maintaining bond integrity when subjected to heat, including brief periods for processes like paint baking and wave soldering.

  • Maximum Temperature: Capable of resisting temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) for brief periods, provided the joint is not unduly stressed.

  • Operating Range: The cured adhesive can withstand temperatures from -55 degrees Celsius (-65 degrees Fahrenheit) up to high temperatures depending on the materials being bonded.

  • Thermal Properties: Features a Coefficient of Thermal Conductivity of 0.1 W/(m.K).
