Designed as the perfect compliment for bulk superglue/cyanoacrylate (CA) formulas, these bottles replicate the high-performance packaging found with premium brands like Permabond, Loctite and 3M.
Manufactured from durable Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE), they are specifically engineered to store reactive adhesives without premature curing or brittleness. Each bottle features a secure, leak-proof neck and a precision nozzle tip that can be cut to your desired flow rate, making them ideal for decanting from larger containers, mixing custom viscosities, or simply replacing a clogged bottle in your workshop.
How to Fill & Use These Superglue Empty Bottles
1. Prep Your Workspace Working with bulk adhesives can be messy. Place a disposable mat, silicone pad, or piece of cardboard on a flat surface. Have paper towels and acetone (or your preferred solvent) nearby for cleanup.
2. Use a Funnel or Pipette For the cleanest transfer, use a small polyethylene funnel or a disposable transfer pipette. This prevents spills on the bottle threads, which can cause the cap to glue itself shut later.
3. Fill to the "Shoulder" Do not overfill. Only fill the liquid up to the "shoulder" of the bottle (where it starts to curve inward). Leaving this air gap is crucial; it allows the adhesive to "breathe," preventing pressure buildup and accidental overflowing when you insert the nozzle.
4. Insert the Nozzle Press the nozzle tip firmly into the bottle neck. You should feel a tight friction fit. Ensure it is seated evenly all the way around to prevent leaks during squeezing.
5. Trim the Tip (Custom Flow) The precision tip comes sealed.

For thin liquids (water-thin CA): Snip just the very top 1mm for a micro-drop.

For thick gels: Cut further down the cone to create a wider opening for better flow.
6. Seal Immediately Snap or screw the overcap on tightly immediately after use to keep moisture out and prevent the glue from curing inside the nozzle.
