Loctite SI 596 is a red, one-part RTV silicone for high-temperature gasketing and sealing. It cures with atmospheric moisture to form a flexible seal, without mixing.

Application & Limitations
Degrease surfaces, dispense and mate parts within minutes. Press or clamp together without sliding. Do not use for carburetors or fuel-control devices continuously exposed to hydrocarbon fuels, or in oxygen-rich or strong-oxidizer service. Confirm compatibility before use.
Store unopened containers dry at 8–21°C. Follow the package-specific SDS for handling and protective equipment.
