Loctite HY 4070 Universal Bonder – 11 g Twin Syringe

Fast, versatile structural repair in a ready-to-use 11 g twin syringe. LOCTITE® HY 4070 Universal Bonder combines cyanoacrylate speed with acrylic strength to bond many plastics, rubbers, metals, wood, paper, leather, and other dissimilar materials. Its non-sag gel stays where applied—even on vertical or overhead repairs—and fills gaps up to 5 mm (0.2 in).

Application guidance

1. Clean and degrease both surfaces; allow them to dry.
2. Insert the plunger, remove the cap, and purge a small amount from both chambers.
3. Attach a mixing nozzle and dispense at least half a nozzle length before applying.
4. Apply to one surface, assemble the parts, and hold securely until handling strength develops.

Important: Not recommended for bonding glass. Working and fixture times vary with substrate, bond gap, temperature, and humidity. Review the current technical data sheet and both component safety data sheets before use.

Safety: Part A can bond skin and eyes in seconds and is classified as a combustible liquid for ground transport. Part B may cause skin and eye irritation and allergic skin or respiratory reactions. Use appropriate gloves and eye protection with adequate ventilation. Keep out of reach of children.
