Leister’s AIRSTREAM 100 compressor supplies the right amount of air for the DIODE, PENWELD and LABOR heat guns from Leister. The handy heat guns can be easily connected to the AIRSTREAM 100 via an adapter (included in delivery). As an option, a compact quick coupling is available from Leister for particularly simple connection between the AIRSTREAM 100 and the DIODE, WELDING PEN or LABOR heat guns.
The AIRSTREAM 100 is a lightweight and compact compressor suited for mobile use. The handle on the AIRSTREAM 100 offers users a high level of comfort. The AIRSTREAM 100 has a convenient tool rest built into the housing, which is great for work breaks. In addition, the large storage area offers sufficient space for the tools. Various mounting options mean that cleaning brushes and cable fastening straps can also be attached directly to the AIRSTREAM 100 and are always ready to use when they are needed. The AIRSTREAM 100 blower is very quiet, making it pleasant and user-friendly. Therefore, the AIRSTREAM 100 is also very suitable for work environments that require low-noise. Thanks to its brushless, carbon motor and filter, Leister’s AIRSTREAM 100 is ideal for welding work with high cleanliness requirements. For example, welding chemical baths made of fluoroplastics for clean rooms in which wafers are produced. The AIRSTREAM 100 is equipped with two power switches that provide power in different ways: One of the power switches acts as the main switch and provides the entire power supply for the AIRSTREAM 100. The other power switch exclusively switches the power supply for the Leister heat gun. This allows the tool to be turned on and off without changing the temperature setting. The separate air supply source allows the heat gun to cool down gently, which increases its service life and requires less maintenance.
