Product Description
H2O Glue® Aqua-Bonder Underwater Adhesive is a toughened structural adhesive designed for strong, load-bearing bonds on engineered plastics and other demanding substrates. It can be used wet or dry, making it a practical solution for underwater, outdoor, and high-moisture bonding applications.

This 50ml cartridge features a 1:1 mix ratio, room-temperature cure, non-sagging consistency, and rapid fixture time. The adhesive bonds to materials including PVC, fiberglass, ABS, FRT, PBT, PPO, polycarbonate, epoxy, RIM urethane, wood, and poorly prepared surfaces where outdoor weathering or solvent exposure may be expected.
Ideal for professional, industrial, marine, pool, spa, and repair applications, H2O Glue provides strong gap-filling performance and cures to a white finish.

Applications
Great for bonding and repair work involving:
-
Pools and spas
-
Marine repairs
-
Wet or submerged surfaces
-
PVC and fiberglass components
-
Plastic housings and assemblies
-
Wood, epoxy, urethane, ABS, and polycarbonate

Outdoor repairs exposed to weather or solvents
Application Instructions
-
Attach the cartridge to a compatible 50ml dispensing system.
-
Open the tip and “burp” the cartridge until both sides dispense evenly.
-
Attach the mixing nozzle.
-
Apply the mixed adhesive directly to one surface as an even film or bead.
-
Assemble parts within the recommended working time.
-
Apply firm pressure to minimize gaps and ensure contact.
-
For best adhesion, use a bond line thickness of approximately 0.015"–0.030".
Storage
Store between 55°F and 75°F. Continuous storage above 75°F may reduce shelf life. Prolonged exposure above 100°F should be avoided. Shelf life may be extended by refrigeration between 45°F and 55°F. Do not freeze.
Safety Information
For industrial use only. This product is classified as a flammable liquid and vapor and may cause skin irritation, allergic skin reaction, serious eye irritation, and respiratory irritation. Use only in a well-ventilated area and wear appropriate protective gloves, eye protection, and face protection. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, and hot surfaces.
Popular Use Cases
H2O Glue® Aqua-Bonder Underwater Adhesive is a versatile repair and bonding solution for wet, dry, and demanding environments. Its non-sagging formula, strong structural bond, and 1:1 mix ratio make it a great choice for professional repairs, maintenance work, and tough bonding applications where standard adhesives may not perform.
Pool & Spa Repairs
H2O Glue is commonly used for pool and spa repair projects where moisture is present or surfaces may be difficult to fully dry. It is ideal for bonding and repairing components made from PVC, fiberglass, and other plastics often found in pool and spa systems.
Marine & Boat Applications
Because it is designed for wet or dry use, this adhesive is a practical option for marine repair work, boat components, docks, and other water-exposed surfaces. It helps create strong bonds on fiberglass, plastics, and other common marine materials.
PVC, Fiberglass & Plastic Bonding
H2O Glue bonds a wide range of engineered plastics, including PVC, fiberglass, ABS, polycarbonate, and more. This makes it useful for plastic fabrication, equipment repair, housings, panels, fittings, and structural plastic components.
Outdoor Repairs
For repairs exposed to weather, moisture, and changing temperatures, H2O Glue provides a durable bonding option. It is well suited for outdoor maintenance, utility repairs, and applications where the finished bond may face water, sunlight, or general environmental exposure.
Industrial Maintenance & Assembly
This adhesive is designed for load-bearing bonds and can be used in industrial repair, maintenance, and assembly work. Its rapid fixture time, gap-filling ability, and room-temperature cure make it useful for fast-moving repair jobs where downtime matters.
Gap Filling & Uneven Surface Bonding
The non-sagging formula helps the adhesive stay in place during application, making it useful for vertical surfaces, uneven joints, and gaps. It can also bond poorly prepared surfaces, making it a practical option for field repairs and demanding real-world applications.
