Description
Chem-Set 633 5-Minute Gel Epoxy is a fast-setting, two-part gel adhesive designed for bonding porous surfaces such as granite, marble, wood, and concrete. With a working time of just 4–7 minutes and handling strength achieved in 10–15 minutes, it’s the professional’s choice for quick, durable bonds in the shop or on the jobsite.
This 633 5-Minute Gel Epoxy cures to an opaque finish and is ideal for vertical applications and gap-filling where traditional adhesives might sag or run. Whether you’re securing natural stone countertops, anchoring wood trim, bonding decorative concrete, or completing structural repairs, Chem-Set 633 offers consistent, reliable results.
Available in a variety of cartridge sizes, Chem-Set 633 integrates seamlessly with static mixing nozzles and standard dual-component dispensing tools. For best application, pair it with our professional epoxy dispensers to ensure clean and even material flow.
Need to bond non-porous surfaces like acrylic, PVC, porcelain or engineered stone? Try our Chem-Set 605 Quick Set Acrylic, specifically formulated for smooth, non-absorbent materials.
Trusted by professionals in construction, millwork, cabinetry, and countertop fabrication, Chem-Set 633 meets high-performance demands with fast cure time, strength, and ease of use.

Countertop and Stone Fabrication
It is heavily used by professionals for securing natural stone countertops like granite and marble. One of its most common specific uses is bonding undermount sink anchors directly to natural stone, as its fast cure time and high tensile strength provide a reliable and permanent hold.
Woodworking and Millwork
Carpenters and cabinet makers use this epoxy for anchoring wood trim and assembling cabinetry. It easily bonds wood to other porous surfaces, making it a reliable choice for shop work and on site installations that require a quick and durable bond.
Concrete and Structural Repairs
It is frequently used for bonding decorative concrete and completing structural repairs. Its excellent gap filling properties allow it to bond uneven surfaces securely without experiencing significant shrinkage as it cures.
Hardware and Equipment Mounting
Because it bonds well to metal, steel, and concrete, it is often used for fast curing applications involving fasteners, machinery, and equipment where a high strength and solvent resistant hold is required.
General Multi Surface Bonding
The adhesive is highly adaptable and is commonly used to bond a wide variety of everyday materials including ceramic, fabric, wood, and metal, making it a staple for general job site repairs.
