3M Scotch-Weld DP105 is a fast-setting, two-part epoxy that cures to a clear and exceptionally flexible bond. It is one of the most flexible epoxies in the Scotch-Weld line, offering very high elongation and excellent peel strength. This makes it the ideal choice for applications that require significant movement, vibration damping, or for bonding materials with very different rates of thermal expansion.

Comparison Note
- The primary difference between 3M DP105 and 3M DP100 Plus lies in the degree of flexibility. While DP100 Plus is considered flexible (around 60% elongation), DP105 is an "extra-flexible" formulation with nearly double the elongation (around 110%). DP105 should be chosen when maximum flexibility, peel strength, and shock absorption are the most critical requirements for the application.
