How long does delivery take?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping method you select. Shipping date estimates may also appear on the shipping quotes page during checkout, depending on the provider you choose.
You can also visit our Delivery Transit Times maps for each of our major couriers that we use here. It provides a good standard estimate for deliveries to your area, based on where our packages ship from.

Some products fall under dangerous goods regulations (IATA and/or DOT transport regulations) For these products, the delivery ETA’s can be a bit unpredictable due to regulatory compliance checks and procedures that can introduce delays to the process.
Can Dangerous Goods be shipped via Express or Air?
Yes they can, but we must pack them according to the appropriate regulatory procedures, and pay the appropriate courier surcharges for these procedures.
Also, Dangerous Goods shipments can and regularly do experience unexpected delays due to compliance reviews that the couriers are subjected to.
So Express shipments of Dangerous Goods materials can take longer than the estimated delivery dates. For example, it is somewhat normal for a Next Day shipment of Dangerous Goods product, to actually take 2 days. We share this information to help you plan and anticipate for what you can expect as possible outcomes.
Can I track my order?
Yes, tracking information is provided once your order ships. You can find your tracking number in your account under "Order Shipments" or in the shipping confirmation email. For assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You may return any unopened items within 30 days of receiving your product for a full refund or exchange. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Some products, such as Dangerous Goods (DG), Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT), or custom-assembled kits, may incur additional restocking or regulatory fees. These fees will be communicated on a case-by-case basis and will never exceed 25% of the product price.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Be sure to include the original or a copy of your packing slip in the return package to expedite processing. Exchanges are typically processed within one week, and refunds are usually completed within four weeks, depending on shipping and bank processing times.

Returns are free if the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
