Product Description:
SCIGRIP SG2000 is a two-component, 1:1 ratio methacrylate adhesive engineered specifically for structural bonding in the marine, transportation, and construction industries. SG2000 is an acceptable backup formula for Araldite 2023.This high-strength formula is designed to bond composite parts like epoxy, vinyl ester, and polyester gelcoats with little to no surface preparation.
Back-Ups and Substitutes:
SG2000 offers similar performance to Araldite 2023 in terms of working time, surface prep, flexibility & elongation/toughness. SG2000 is a back-up / substitutable formula for Araldite 2023 Gap Filling Adhesive.
