MixPac KMGQ 14-20E (154913) - Quadro Square High Flow14mm wide ID 20-element Mixing Nozzle for thick adhesives like epoxies and acrylics (MMA's). This nozzle has a screw-on nut inlet and works with all standard C-system and 2K system 200ml, 400ml, 450ml, 600ml, 1500ml sized 2-Part cartridges.
Each Multi-Pack includes the same number of mixing nozzles plus the related inner/inside mixing assembly
Specifications:
- 14mm (9 1/16 inch) inner diameter (wide to allow thick gel and paste materials to mix properly)
- 9 3/8 inch total nozzle length
- 9 1/2 inch snap-on barb extension section (popular for injecting into holes)
- Marked every 1/2 inch (or 1 cm) for easy cutting if needed
- 20-element count (20 mixing chambers / cycles for the material)
- Square Quadro style enable the mixing nozzle to be shorter than a traditional round helix nozzle.
- Which means less wated material reamins inside the nozzle
- Integrated Nut inlet fitting, where u just screw the nozzle onto the cartridge
- No traditional locking nut required
- Thicker viscosities, 100,000 cP or higher
- Recommended for Thick Epoxy, Silicone, Urethane, Acrylic, Polyesters
- Not recommended for any Urethane or Polyturethane
Works perfectly with all major branded cartridges that use a industry-standard Bell-Style, C-System, or 2K style 2-part adhesive cartridge, including C-system cartridges by MixPac, and 2k cartridges by Nordson EFD.
MixPac MGQ 08-24E Square Quadro Mixing Nozzles are used to dispense 2-part adhesives from 200ml, 400ml, 600ml and 1500ml C-System plastic cartridges, and works with both 1:1 and 2:1 ratio formulas.
The Square Quadro design (also known as 'turbo') allows for maximum mixing in a smaller, shorter footprint. This allows users to get closer to the materials they are bonding and also leaves less wasted material in the mixer.
This mixer is connected with a bell outlet and has a stepped tip that can be cut to adjust the amount of adhesive being dispensed.
