MixPac 50ml B-System (gray-cap style) Empty 1:1 Ratio 2-Part Cartridges with sealing cap & pistons Green
This cartridge style is the popular B-System, which is also known as gray-cap due to it's distinctive gray cap and mixing nozzle inlet. The B-system cartridges are popular for filling and dispensing 2-part adhesives, epoxies, silicones, urethanes, and other 2-part fluids and compounds.
The great part of this B-System design is that it has separate outlets for each part, and they stay separate until they get pushed into the mixing nozzle. The B-System style eliminates the common issue of cross-contamination from other and earlier 2-part cartridge designs.
Each cartridge includes:
- 1 Cartridge housing (side-by-side style)
- 1 Resealable cap for the front/top/outlet
- 2 Sealing Pistons for the back/bottom/inlet
And are Available in 3 kit types, plus Accessories:
- Empty Cartridges and related Pistons
- Starter Kit with Small Hand Plungers
- Starter Kit with Dispenser
- Useful Additional Accessories
Each kit includes different cartridge-count options… either 5, 10, 25, 50, or 100 cartridges with the necessary cap and sealing pistons to close and seal the empty cartridges.

About the Cartridges:
These cartridges are for storing and applying adhesives that use a 1:1 mix ratio, where precise metering and mixing is needed. These cartridges include matching pistons and a re-sealable tip (or cap). They’re ready for filling with material, storing and dispensing. These 2-Part cartridges are industrial grade and silicone free. The cartridge design/fit using the "A-System", also known as "Square-Back". They also include an easy-to-reclose cap.
The 2-Part design keeps the two adhesive parts separate, until a mixing nozzle is attached, where the two parts are pushed or extruded into the mixing nozzle and bonding or curing begins.
And a key feature of this cartridge is it's automatic air-escape piston system, which allows air to escape as pistons are inserted, and automatically seals-off when the piston contacts the resin inside cartridge. But a special hand insertion tool is needed to insert the air-free pistons, see the accessories above.
About the Starter Kits:
Each Starter Kit includes either 5, 10, 25, 50, or 100 cartridges, related sealing pistons and cartridge caps, mixing nozzles (one nozzle for each cartridge in your kit), and either one 50ml dispenser or small hand plungers depending on which kit you choose.
