Collection: Insulcast

Insulcast is the ITW Performance Polymers line of two component potting and encapsulating compounds for coils, transformers, PCBs and power electronics. Perigee Direct carries both chemistries, epoxy systems and RTV silicones.

Insulcast 116 FR is the general purpose 1:1 UL 94V-0 grade, 140 FR runs 2.3 W/mK for parts that shed heat, and LN 1-05 pours large sections without cracking. RTVS 27 covers -55 C to 204 C and stays repairable after cure. Call (817) 381-9398 or email sales@perigeedirect.com.
