Description

The Surebonder PRO2-220HT is a heavy-duty industrial hot melt gun rated at 200 watts of output (220 watts of heating power), built for shops running glue guns all shift rather than a few minutes at a time.

  • Fixed 380F operating temperature for consistent bond strength, no warm-up guesswork.
  • Throughput of roughly 5 lb of glue per hour, sized for higher-volume bonding and assembly.
  • Uses 0.43 inch diameter glue sticks.
  • Industrial build includes a carrying case and an integrated balancer mount so the gun can hang ready at the station instead of sitting on the bench.
