Comparison Note
Plexus PU2105 is a polyurethane adhesive, offering a balance of high strength and stiffness with excellent environmental resistance and gap-filling capabilities. While other Plexus products are often methacrylate-based (MMA), which also provide strong structural bonds, PU2105 stands out for its low exotherm, low odor, and specific compatibility with a broad range of materials including difficult-to-bond polyolefins when used with a proprietary surface treatment. MMA adhesives generally have higher elongation and impact resistance.
