These pistons are sold as Piston Pairs, you will get 1 large and 1 small piston per single unit ordered. and incremented/added one-pair-at-a-time on this product page.

Please note that each cartridge needs 2 pistons, 1 small and 1 large, which is why they are sold in pairs.
