Description

Nordson EFD 160 Series Wide Diameter Mixing Nozzle for Thick and High-Viscosity 2-part Gel & Paste materials. These are Universal mixing nozzles / tips for all standard C-System 200ml, 400ml, 600ml and 1500ml 2-Part epoxy and adhesive cartridges in all ratios (1:1, 2:1, 4:1 and 10:1).

Use these mixers with: Epoxy, Silicone, Urethane, Foam Urethane, Acrylic, Polyesters, and generally all Thick materaial like Gels, Pastes, and non-flowing ones.

    Two Standard Outlet Styles:

    • Stepped Tip (discret widths that u can cut off to change outlet diameter)
    • Slip Luer (tension-fit push-on Luer-Lok tip)
    • Luer-Lok (proper luer-lok screw lock fitting)

    The 160 series mixing nozzles have a bell inlet (which is the universal style) which fits Nordson EFD and all C-system / standard style larger volume cartridges (200ml and larger) that merge the A and B materials directly into the mixer. Cleanup simply involves removing the mixer and wiping the manifold face clean. In the case of the cartridges, because of the divider fin, simply remove the mixer. The Nordson one-piece Metal Housing/Jacket is recommended if working pressure inside the nozzle exceeds 150 psi (10 bar) (only used with meter mix valves or manifolds).

    Also, refer to 2K Accessories. The Series 160 includes 160, 161, 161A, 160AN, and 161AN. Mixer series which end in “A” are designed to work with the EFD ProTip Mixer Accesssory.

    Works perfectly with the following Brands of larger (C-System) adhesive cartridges: Loctite EA , 3M Scotch Weld, Devcon, Plexus, Huntsman, Araldite, Lord, MG Chemicals, Permabond, Masterbond, and all other brands that use the following 200ml, 400ml, 600ml, 1500ml, and related cartridge types. Works with all standard C-System cartridges by Sulzer MixPac, and 2k cartridges by Nordson EFD. Each Pack includes the same number of mixing nozzles plus the related inner/inside mixing assembly
