Maven EAF420 Toughened Epoxy 20 Minute Setting epoxy adhesive is a multipurpose, two-component, room temperature epoxy with excellent toughness, flexibility, and strength.
Available in Black or Off-White colors
Maven EAF420 is an excellent bonder for Carbon Fiber (CFRP), Aluminum, Steel (ferrous and stainless), and many Plastics. It also excellent with ceramic, fiberboard, glass, metal, plastic, rubber and wood materials. Additional key specifications include a 24 hour full cure time and 20 min working time. Works in a mix ratio of 2:1, and delivers great performance with a shear strength of 4500 psi and peel strength of 40-60 piw.

Also, EAF420 works well for temp spikes up to 420f. Therefore can withstand powdercoating process steps.

Please Note: These cartridges are designed to work best with a 50ml cartridge Dispenser. This cartridge will fit into any standard ‘Square-Back’ Dispenser. It is strongly advise you use a 50ml Dispenser for this cartridge.
