Description
Epilogue Epi-Pour is a two-part, 2:1 deep-pour casting epoxy built for projects where depth and volume are part of the finished design. It is the flagship Epilogue system, intended for river tables, live-edge furniture, wood-and-resin castings, decorative encapsulations, large artistic pours, and custom furniture components. Choose Epi-Pour when the pour itself creates meaningful depth in the piece, and Epi-Clear when the finished surface is the primary consideration.
Select a kit size
Every kit ships with matched Part A and Part B quantities, so the total mixed volume is clear before you plan the mold or the project. Available kit sizes:
- 3 Quart Kit (2 qt A + 1 qt B)
- 1.5 Gallon Kit (1 gal A + 0.5 gal B)
- 3 Gallon Kit (2 gal A + 1 gal B)
- 15 Gallon Kit (10 gal A + 5 gal B)
Plan the pour before mixing
Measure the project volume, confirm the selected kit provides enough material, and prepare the mold, wood, and work area before combining components. Mix Part A and Part B at the documented 2:1 ratio and follow the instructions supplied with the kit. Recommended pour depth is 1/2 to 2 inches per pour; pours over 2 inches require cooling. Tack-free in 24 to 48 hours and through-cured in 48 to 72 hours at 1 inch and 75°F. Project geometry, materials, and room conditions all affect product selection and application planning. Review the current technical data and safety documents before use and wear appropriate protective equipment.

Popular Use Cases
River Tables
Epi-Pour is an excellent choice for creating dramatic river tables where epoxy fills the space between live-edge wood slabs. Its deep-pour formulation is designed for projects where the resin itself becomes a major part of the finished piece.
Live-Edge Furniture
Combine natural wood slabs with crystal-clear or creatively tinted resin to produce one-of-a-kind dining tables, coffee tables, desks, benches, and other live-edge furniture.
Wood & Resin Castings
Ideal for casting projects that combine wood with significant volumes of epoxy. Epi-Pour can fill open areas around wood pieces while creating a smooth, water-clear finished casting.
Large Voids & Decorative Features
Use Epi-Pour to incorporate deep resin sections into custom woodworking projects, including larger voids, channels, and decorative areas where a standard thin-coat epoxy would not be appropriate.
Decorative Encapsulations
Preserve and showcase decorative objects inside clear resin. Epi-Pour is well suited for projects that incorporate wood pieces, memorabilia, natural materials, or other decorative elements into the finished casting.
Custom Furniture Components
Create resin sections, inserts, panels, and other custom components for tables, desks, shelving, and specialty furniture. The water-clear, self-leveling formula helps make the epoxy an intentional part of the overall design.
Large Artistic Resin Pours
Artists and makers can use Epi-Pour for dimensional resin artwork and larger cast pieces where significant depth is required. Its extended working time provides more opportunity to arrange components and work with the resin before it begins to cure.
Custom Woodworking Projects
Epi-Pour is a versatile option for professional woodworkers and DIY makers creating unique pieces that combine natural wood with deep sections of clear or decorative epoxy.
Epilogue Epi-Pour is best suited for projects where depth and volume are an important part of the finished design. For thin surface coatings, bartops, tabletops, and projects where the final surface finish is the primary goal, Epi-Clear is the better choice.
