Chem-Set's Glue-On Sink Anchor Kit anchors an undermount sink to the underside of a stone, quartz, or solid-surface countertop without drilling through the countertop material. Each set is a threaded stud, a sink clip, a washer, and a wingnut that bond in place with a separate two-part adhesive rather than a mechanical press-in insert. Pick a 1 Set trial pack, the 4 Sets pack for a single sink job, or the 100 Sets bulk pack for a production shop running installs every day.

Choose Your Pack Size

• 1 Set: 1 stud, 1 clip, 1 flat washer, 1 stamped wing nut. A single anchor point, 1/4-20 x 3/4 in stud.
• 4 Sets: 4 studs, 4 clips, 4 flat washers, 4 stamped wing nuts. One sink's worth of hardware, 1/4-20 x 1 in studs.
• 100 Sets: 100 studs, 100 Z-shaped clips, 100 star washers, 100 stamped wingnuts. Enough hardware for roughly 25 sinks at four anchors each, 1/4-20 x 1 in studs on a 1-1/2 in round base.

Choosing the Right Adhesive

• Granite, marble, concrete, wood: Chem-Set 633 Quick Set Epoxy Gel
• Solid surface, quartz, engineered stone, Corian: Chem-Set 605 Quick Set Acrylic

Both are sold separately in 25ml syringe, 50ml cartridge, and 400ml cartridge sizes. Shops running several sinks a day usually move to the 400ml cartridge to cut reloads and per-sink cost.

Installing the Glue-On Sink Anchor Kit

1. Clean and dry the contact surfaces on both the stone underside and the sink rim
2. Position the studs to match the clip spacing needed for the sink's weight and basin size
3. Bond the studs in place with Chem-Set 633 Epoxy or 605 Acrylic adhesive, sold separately
4. Wait 45 minutes to 1 hour for handling strength before the sink takes its working load
5. Attach clips, washers, and wingnuts to draw the sink up snug against the countertop

Substitutes & Equivalents

This kit does not include adhesive. Pair it with Chem-Set 633 Epoxy for granite, marble, concrete, and wood, or Chem-Set 605 Acrylic for solid surface, quartz, engineered stone, and Corian, both sold separately on Perigee Direct.
