Secure Heavy Shop Equipment Without Drilling Into Concrete
Atlas Mounts provide a strong, convenient way to anchor stationary shop equipment without drilling holes into the floor. The solid steel mounting bases bond to properly prepared concrete with the included high-strength epoxy, eliminating the need for hammer drills, masonry bits, mechanical anchors, and concrete taps.
This no-drill system helps protect concrete floors from misplaced holes and installation damage while making it easier to relocate equipment later. When removal is required, the mounts can be released using controlled heat rather than leaving permanent anchor holes behind.
Key Features
-
No drilling required: Mount equipment without drilling or tapping the concrete.
-
Protects concrete floors: Avoid unnecessary holes, installation errors, and potential contact with embedded or post-tension cables.
-
Heavy-duty mounting strength: Each base is manufacturer-rated for up to 6,500 lb. of structural load when properly installed.
-
Complete installation kit: Includes steel mounting bases, studs, hardware, epoxy, and surface-preparation materials.
-
Clean, efficient installation: Eliminates concrete bits, mechanical anchors, and much of the dust and cleanup associated with traditional mounting.
-
Removable when needed: The bonded bases can be removed using a heat gun when equipment needs to be relocated.
-
Versatile design: Suitable for a wide range of stationary shop, storage, and industrial equipment.
Ideal For Mounting
Atlas Mounts can be used to secure:
-
Shop air compressors
-
Sanders and grinders
-
Drill presses
-
Mills and lathes
-
Workbenches and equipment tables
-
Shelving and storage racks
-
Water tanks
-
Gun and security safes
-

-
Fences and stationary shop fixtures
How Atlas Mounts Work
1. Position and Mark
Place the equipment in its intended location and mark each mounting point.
2. Prepare the Surface
Clean and prepare the concrete according to the supplied installation instructions.
3. Bond the Bases
Apply the included high-strength epoxy at the marked locations and set the solid steel mounting bases into place.
4. Secure the Equipment
After the epoxy has fully cured, position the equipment over the studs and secure it using the included mounting and leveling hardware.
This process eliminates the need for hammer drills, concrete bits, anchor taps, and drilled floor penetrations.
What’s Included
Each kit includes:
-
4 solid steel mounting bases
-
Threaded mounting studs
-
Mounting and leveling hardware
-
High-strength epoxy packs
-
Surface-preparation and cleaning materials

Why Choose a No-Drill Mounting System?
Traditional equipment installation often requires hammer drilling, masonry bits, mechanical anchors, and extensive cleanup. Drilling can also create permanent holes, cause installation errors, and make future equipment relocation more difficult.
Atlas Mounts provide a cleaner alternative by bonding the mounting bases directly to the prepared surface. Equipment can be securely fastened without drilling into the concrete, helping preserve the floor and simplify future shop-layout changes.
Important Installation Information
The stated load rating is provided by the manufacturer for an individual base. Actual performance depends on factors including substrate condition, concrete strength, surface preparation, epoxy application, cure conditions, equipment geometry, vibration, and the direction and distribution of applied forces.
Do not determine total system capacity by simply multiplying the rating of one base by the number of bases. Confirm that the mounting system is appropriate for the equipment, operating environment, and intended load before installation. Follow all supplied preparation, application, curing, and safety instructions.
