3M ScotchWeld DP460 Off-White 60-Minute Toughened Epoxy Adhesive

3M Scotch-Weld DP460 is a superior performance, two-part toughened epoxy adhesive with a long work life and excellent strength retention at high temperatures. It is a non-sag formulation, allowing for controlled application on vertical surfaces and for gap filling. DP460 is designed for the most demanding applications where exceptional durability, high temperature resistance, and a long time for positioning are all required.

Comparison Note
- 3M DP460 is a higher-performance version of DP420. It offers a significantly longer work life (60 min vs. 20 min) and better strength retention at elevated temperatures. It shares the non-sag property of DP420NS. Choose DP420 for general high-strength bonding, but upgrade to DP460 for applications involving large parts, complex positioning, or exposure to higher service temperatures. Loctite E-60HP is also a non-sag, high-strength epoxy, but DP460 generally offers a longer work life.
