This product is suitable for bonding a wide variety of materials such as metals, composites, and many other dissimilar substrates. The combination of high shear strength and compression makes this adhesive well suited for transportation, oil and gas, general industrial and applications requiring high temperature performance. ARALDITE® 2035 A/B adhesive offers a rapid build-up of strength with an easy to process mix ratio.
Araldite 2035 is the direct replacement / Authorized Substitute for the old/discontinued Araldite EP300 formula.
Features:
- Temp resistant up to 400F (204C)
- High compressive strength 12,000 psi (82.7 MPa)
- 4400 psi Lap Shear Extreme Strength
- And with Off-The-Charts Extreme strength via an Additional / Optional Heat-Cure step
- Ideal for bonding metals and composites
- Excellent as a shimming material
- Room temperature cure
- High lap shear and compressive strength
- Maximum service temperature up to 400°F (204°C)
- Resistant to environmental degradation / aging
- Convenient 2:1 volumetric mix ratio for cartridges or meter mix dispensing
- Contains 0.005” spacer beads
- Low outgassing
Please Note: These cartridges are designed to work best with a 50ml or 200ml cartridge Dispenser, respectively. We advise you use a 50ml or 200ml Dispenser for all respective cartridges. If you do not have one, please check out our Dispensers, all are excellent products and have our 'it's good' seal of approval.
If you prefer not to use a Dispenser, all 50ml cartridge orders we sell will come with one manual hand plunger, as pictured, that you can use for fast small jobs. But the 200ml cartridges really need to use a 200ml Dispenser, they're just too big to easily use without the dispenser.
