The ACF-Cartridge range is accompanied by aligned Helix and ORBIS mixing-nozzles. They fit for the most demanding mixing challenge and the ACF-coding 1 allows for the use of one single range of mixers despite of various mixing ratios. This is user friendly and economical. The ORBIS is Ritter's latest development, providing superior mixing efficiency of most 2-component adhesives. The orbital geometry of the tube, in combination with the specifically designed 2 mixing element, ensure reduced dead spot and minimize the required extrusion force.
