Plexus MA590-1 (59000 Black) Non-Sag Gel, 90-110-Minute MMA Adhesive for Metals & Composites, Chemical Resistant

Plexus MA590 (59000 Black) is a Non-Sag UV Stable Black or White MMA adhesive with a long set time of 90-110 minutes, and long handling strength time of 4-5 hours. It provides excellent chemical and water resistance, especially to gasoline, hydrocarbons, and oils, will not fade or degrade under extended UV exposure, and gives a strong bond to most thermoplastics, metals, and composites. It is also optimized for metals, and requires no additional primers to be applied for strong bonds.

Combined at a 1:1 ratio, MA590 has a working time of 90-110 minutes and reaches approximately 75% strength in 4-5 hours.

Plexus MA590 is supplied in larger 400ml cartridges, 5-gallon (20-liter) pails, or 50-gallon (200-liter) drums.
