DAI Epoxy EA 501 - Very Fast Set 1 Min-Low Thin Viscosity-Translucent Clear-1:1 ratio
DAI Epoxy EA501 is a 2-part epoxy adhesive with a very fast set time of 30 seconds to 60 seconds (1 minute). When mixed in equal volumes of resin and hardener, it reacts to give a rigid and tough bond.
It's excellent for when a super-fast setting thin flowable epoxy is needed.
This product is clear, non shrinking and gives instant adhesion. EA 501 is recommended to bond various materials like metals, glass, wood, FRP, concrete, stone and ceramics. It has a set time (working life) of 1 minute, and handling strength can be achieved in less than 5 minutes. Give excellent bond strength on various substrates.
Please Note: These cartridges are designed to work best with a 50ml or 400ml cartridge Dispenser, respectively. We advise you use a 50ml or 400ml Dispenser for all respective cartridges. If you do not have one, please check out our Dispensers, all are excellent products and have our 'it's good' seal of approval.
If you prefer not to use a Dispenser, we have some 50ml kits that include hand tools or caulking dispenser adapters, as pictured, that you can use for fast small jobs. But the 400ml cartridges really need to use a 400ml Dispenser, they're just too big to effectively use without the dispenser.
